Beautiful Rome!

While on a burnt sienna/turpentine imprimatura run, comprising of the previous Tofino (almost done) Venice at night scene, All My Yesterday’s, I also started this one of a back alley in Rome, Trevi I believe. I loved the light creeping down around the curve as the church top set a brilliant white against the blue of the sky - the Italian warm colours were so rich as they reached up from the shadows to sunlight - had to give it a try - almost done!
