Missing Oahu and painting with Roy…

Well, here we are in the what, 9th month to flatten the curve? I feel like I’m at a diet center and eating donuts on the side while no one’s looking… diet just keeps on coming…. sigh Anyway, thought I’d keep working on this Hawaii piece - hope to have it done before end of whatever we’re calling this experience with covid or when our Lord returns, whichever comes first…. I find always a challenge to look out for patterns of movement and breaking them up and watching the graduation of colours whether it be in foliage, or clouds in relation to the sun. Little trickier than you think… but always having fun!
